LYFE Middle School – Grades 6-8
LYFE is a middle school ministry that helps students “Live Your Faith Everyday”.
Sunday mornings from 9:15-10:15am, this age group gathers with leaders for relevant discussion on world religions, worldviews and applying scripture to everyday life.
Before your child goes to high school, we want these 3 things to stick:
- I have been created to pursue an authentic relationship with my Creator.
- I belong to Jesus Christ and define who I am by what He says.
- I exist every day to demonstrate God’s love to a broken world
During the school year (September through April) LYFE meets Wednesday nights from 6:00-8:00pm to focus on Confirmation and building a personal relationship with Jesus that is their own. Students gather for a meal and large group teaching, then split into small group, where they can build relationships and a faith that lasts. At the conclusion of this three-year journey, students are recognized by Lord of Life at a confirmation service.
