Registration, Schedule & Fees

Open enrollment for the 2012-13 school year has begun. Following is important information for parents considering Lord of Life as the preschool for their child.

• State of Kansas Health Record
• Family & Social History
• Authorization for Emergency Care

Lord of Life offers an electronic payment option. The “Simply Giving” program is endorsed by Thrivent Financial Bank and eliminates the need to write checks on a monthly basis. To set up electronic payments (which can be debited from either a checking or savings account), please complete the authorization form and send it to the attention of Warene Stinemetz at Lord of Life.
