Small Groups are your immediate family at Lord of Life. Just as your immediate family is more intimate than your extended family; your small group at Lord of Life will be more intimate than the corporate worship experience on Sunday morning.
Home Groups- Home groups are the most common type of small group at Lord of Life. Each home group meets in a person's home or an agreed place about twice a month. While agenda for the time varies from group to group, there's always a focus on God's purposes, building friendships, and praying together. Often, these groups plan outreach, community service, and/or social activities.

Another important form of small groups are Support and Recovery Groups- We all know that life is not always easy and that some people carry very different burdens or face new life situations. Often, you can share that experience with someone else who has been in the same situation. At this time, Lord of Life offers support groups for these situations:
Support for dealing with infertility and miscarriage
Pre-marriage mentoring
Marriage mentoring
As needs arise and as our ministry expands, we hope to offer divorce recovery and grief support groups. If you have the skills to lead such a group or the desire to be a part of such a group, please contact Lisa Hellyer. All requests will remain highly confidential.
